会议电视系统平板会控软件设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Pad Control Software in Video Conference System

为进一步提升国家电网公司系统电视会议管理水平,实现用户自助化控会的目标,提出了基于平板电脑的会议电视系统会控软件的具体设计思路;结合国家电网公司会议电视系统的需求,设计并实现了会控软件,对软件的体系架构和关键技术进行了研究。通过对会控软件中所需各操作频率的深入分析、精简界面层级、美化界面设计,达到了常规会议不需要专业技术人员现场保障,仅依靠用户就能实现所需会控操作的目标,并且能满足公共会议室和常态化管理等不同场景的需求。

In order to further improve the management level and achieve user self-service conference control, this paper proposes a specific design idea of the video conference control software based on the pad. Considering the requirement of SGCC video conference system, this paper designs and implements the software. The system architecture and key technology of the software are studied. Through deep analysis of the operating frequency, simplifying the interface level, and beautifying the interlace design, it achieves that the users can self-service control the regular conference without professional technical personnel, and can adapt to different scenes such as public conference room and regular management requirements.
