摘要
电网企业终端节点接入IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)没有统一的建设模式,文章通过对地市级及以下节点现状的梳理和分类,结合不同节点的业务需求,提出了各类终端节点由现行行政交换体系向IMS平滑过渡的过程中因地制宜且经济可行的改造方案、需要重点考虑的因素以及典型配套工艺设施的配置。电网企业地市级及以下单位在考虑自身业务需求、行政交换网演进规划、承载网条件和工艺设施的基础上,可参考本文研究结果选择IMS接入的优选方案,同时兼顾IMS体制的特点和运维优势,制定合适的运维分工体系。
To solve the problem of no unified construction mode for grid enterprise terminal node access to IP multimedia subsystem (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS), this paper analyzes and classifies the present terminal nodes in municipal power supply enterprises. Then, based on requirement analysis, explores the deploy mode, factors that need to be considered and the infrastructures of the terminal node under the framework of smooth evolution with a reasonable technical and economic reconstruction scheme. The research conclusion can guide the selection of optimal evolution and construction schemes according to local conditions. Meanwhile, according to the technical characteristics of IMS and convenience of practical work, this paper provides a reference for operation and maintenance system.
