This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors of coal roadway tunneling speed, the necessity of research is as the starting point, and then takes HuiPoDi mine engineering as an example, summarize the influencing factors of the tunneling speed in the construction process, according to the practical experience, analyzed the methods and strategies to improve the driving speed coal roadway, in order to promote the rapid development of the coal mine production efficiency to contribute their strength.
