摘要
柴里煤矿23上614综放工作面设计为不规则工作面,生产期间机尾需不断在轨道顺槽撤除液压支架,直到停采。经过计算及论证,对机尾撤架三角区传统的单体、金属梁铰接支护方式进行了科学改进,采用一架ZZ5200型支架对三角区老塘侧进行支护。现场使用效果较好,既增加了现场操作的安全性,又大大降低了职工劳动强度,为减架开采期间的顶板管理积累了一定经验。
Chaili Coal Mine 23614 fully mechanized caving face is an irregular face, during mining, need to continually dismantle the hydraulic support in the side of tail entry, until stopped mining. After calculation and demonstration, the traditional tail supporting modes that use single prop and metal hinged girder were reformed by using a ZZ5200 type support in triangle area near gob. The field use effect is good, which not only increases the safety of the field operation, but also greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, has accumulated some experience for the roof management.
