摘要
针对济宁三号煤矿深部采区因地温升高而产生的矿井热害问题,通过准确测试井下空气状态参数,科学计算全矿井冷负荷,合理选择制冷方案,最终选用3台离心式和2台螺杆式水源制冷热泵机组为主要设备,建成了地面集中降温系统。该系统在夏季高温气候下,运行效果明显,很好地解决了济宁三号煤矿深部采区采掘工作面降温问题,具有较高的推广价值。
According to the mine thermal Deep Mining Area No. three coal mine in Jining because of temperature caused by injury problems, through the accurate test of underground air state parameters, scientific computing, mine cooling load, a reasonable choice of cooling scheme, the final selection of 3 sets and 2 sets of screw type centrifugal water cooling heat pump unit as the main equipment, and built a centralized ground cooling system. The system in hot summer weather, the operation effect is obvious, a good solution to the problem of Jining No. three coal mine deep mining area mining face seasonal heat damage and has higher popularization value.
