大尹格庄金矿深部采场矿柱稳定性分析与参数优化 被引量:8

摘要 以大尹格庄金矿深部采场8204为工程依托,在合理的采场跨度范围内设计了3种矿柱尺寸方案,并分别建立三维数值模型。通过对比分析不同方案的采场顶板及矿柱的位移及塑性区,研究矿柱由稳定状态向临界失稳状态的演化过程。引入点安全系数法对采场及其点柱进行安全度评价,得出最佳安全矿柱尺寸,并通过Lunder经验公式验证其矿柱尺寸合理性。分析结果确定采场结构参数为:采场跨度约为12m,矿柱宽度约为6m。 Based on the No. 8204 deep stope of Yingezhuang Gold Mine, three different schemes of pillar size are designed and 3D numerical models are built in the reasonable stope span range. Through comparative analysis of the displacement and plastic zone about stope roof and pillar of different schemes, the process of pillars from stable state to limit equilibrium state is studied. The safety degree of the stope roof and pillar is evaluated by point safety factor method, and the pillar safety width is obtained. Then the reasonable pillar size is verified through Lunder empirical formula. According to the results calculated by numerical simulation and point safety factor method, the pillar width is 6 m, and the width of stope is 12 m.
