应用选择性破碎技术处理废弃硒鼓的可行性研究 被引量:3

FEASIBILITY STUDY ON SELECTIVITY CRUSHING FOR WASTE TONER CARTRIDGE

摘要 传统的废弃硒鼓破碎设备(锤式破碎机或辊式破碎机)存在能耗高,工作噪音大,墨粉爆炸风险等技术缺陷。因此,在分析硒鼓的构成、材料组分和物资价值的基础上,提出一种适合废弃硒鼓材料回收再制造途径的解离方案,探讨了仅解离塑料组分,避免破坏金属组分的选择性破碎方法。最后通过理论分析和实验对比证明了选择性破碎废弃硒鼓的可行性。 Mechanical crushing is a kind of widely used technologies for recycling solid waste. However,hammer crusher and roll crusher,the traditional crushing equipments for waste toner cartridge,have some technical defects such as high energy consumption,serious noise pollution,and potentially risk of toner explosion. Therefore,based on the analysis of the structure,proportion and the resource value of the toner cartridges,a novel solution for their remanufacturing indicating selectively crush plastic components,and avoid grinding the metal components was proposed. Subsequently,theoretical analysis,experimental analysis and contrast were carried out to verify that this selective crushing for waste toner cartridges was with feasibility.
