摘要
文中对南海争端海域发生油污损害的不同情形进行了分析,通过对比国内外在类似情形下如何适用基金对南海争端海域如何适用船舶油污损害赔偿基金进行了探讨。
The paper analyzes the different conditions of potential oil poUution damage in the sea area of South China Sea under dispute and puts forward views on the application of the ship oil pollution damage compensation fund in the area through making comparison with similar situations both home and abroad.
