国有单位自有土地管理现存问题及措施

用地矛盾日益突出的今天也显现出了我国土地资源匮乏的问题。国有单位拥有一定量的自有土地,作为国土资源整体中的一部分,必须要得到有效管理、科学规划,才能合理使用土地。本文为探讨国有单位自有土地管理及新措施的问题,从国有单位自有土地现存管理问题、做好国有单位自有土地管理的措施2个方面进行了详细分析。

The land contradictions are increasingly prominent in the current period, the land resource scarcity problem in China is also appeared. State-owned institutions have a certain amount of their own land, as a part of the whole state-owned land resources, must been managed effectively, planned scientificly and used rationaly.In this paper,the management method of the land of state-owned institutions was studied.The problems and methods existing in the state-owned land management were analyzed comprehensively.
