摘要
为设计出符合使用要求的横拉门结构,对船闸横拉门整体结构及各关键部件进行设计。分析横拉门的受力特点,针对横拉门的使用环境进行主要参数的设计,并进行支承系统及清淤系统的设计;利用横拉门不同工况下所受的外部荷载来计算横拉门的行走安全性。在横拉门的功能及安全性满足使用要求的条件下,降低横拉门的故障率,减少横拉门的维护工作量。
To design the cross-pulling gate which meets the operating requirement, the whole structure and all the key parts of the dock cross-pulling gate are designed. The force character of the cross-pulling gate is analyzed. According to the operating environment of the cross-pulling gate, the main parameters are designed, and the supporting system and automatic silt-cleaning system are designed. The operating stability of the cross-pulling gate is calculated by the external load which file cross-pulling gate bears under the different working conditions. Under the conditions that the requirements of the function and working safety of the cross-pulling gate can be met, the failure rate and the daily maintenance work of the cross-pulling gate are reduced.
