摘要
通过对汾河下游洪水特性和流域防洪状况的分析,针对汾河下游的河道特点、流域防洪状况,基于水流的连续方程和运动方程,建立了河道一维洪水演进模型,并合理规划蓄滞洪区。利用建立的模型对汾河新绛县南梁桥—河津水文站河段进行了数值模拟。结果表明:模型计算流量与实测流量吻合较好;通过设定的蓄滞洪区分洪后,水位降幅明显,可减轻流域内防洪重点地区新绛、稷山、河津的防洪压力。
Based on the analysis of flood characteristics and flood controlconditions of Fenhe River basin and according to the characteristics of the lower Fenhe River reaches and the situation of Fenhe basin flood control, based on the flow continuity equation and the equation of motion, the one-dimensional river flood routing model was established and flood detention area was reasonably planed. The numerical simulation of the Nanliang Bridge of Fenhe River in Xinjiang-Hejin Hydrological Station was carried by using this model. The result shows that the flow of measured values accords with the calculated values of model. The water level decreasing range is obvious by the flood storage and detention areas diversion, which improves the flood control standards of the key protected cities of Xinjiang, Jishan and Hejin.
