Review of Precipitation Enhancement in Hequ Region of the Upper Yellow River Year from 1997 to 2016

对黄河上游河曲地区1997—2016年的人工增雨工作进行了总结,通过对黄河上游水汽来源的简要分析,明确了人工增雨范围;通过对人工增雨的飞机、火箭、燃烧炉作业原理进行介绍,分析了人工增雨的作业方法,介绍了黄河上游河曲地区各阶段人工增雨进展情况和增雨效果检验方法,并统计了人工增雨取得的成效,对下一步开展人工增雨工作提出了建议:1加强研究,争取在人工增雨效果的检验和评估方法上有所突破;2在增雨时间和范围、站点布设、作业方式等方面,确定一个可以长期执行的科学、经济、实用的方案;3加大对增雨区部分群众的宣传和科普工作。

This paper summarized the precipitation enhancement in Hequ region of the Yellow River from 1997 to 2016. It analyzed the sources of water vapor in Hequ region to clarify the scope of precipitation enhancement and introduced the operational principle of aircraft, rocket and burner to analyze the method of precipitation enhancement. The paper also introduced the progress in different stages in Hequ re- gion of the Yellow River, the effect testing method of precipitation enhancement and counted the obtained effect of precipitation enhancement. Suggestions are put forward to carry out the precipitation enhancement for the next step： a） to strengthen the study and make a breakthrough at the testing and evaluating method for precipitation enhancement, b） to confirm a scientific, economic and practical play in time and scope, site setting and operational method and make sure that can be implemented for a long time. c） to promote the publicity and popular science in precipitation area.
