改性沥青质量变异分析及控制措施

Analysis of Quality Variation of Modified Asphalt and Control Measures

概率型的路面设计方法需要分析和控制施工中的变异特性,只有全面考虑路面变异的影响因素,才能降低路面早期病害发生的几率,从而提高沥青路面质量。笔者依托实际工程的检测数据,计算改性沥青3大指标的概率分布,分析各参数的变异程度,从而提出控制措施。该研究结论对改性沥青路面使用性能和寿命的提高具有现实意义。

Relying on test data of practical engineering, the probability distribution on three indexes like needle penetration, softening point, and ductility of modified asphalt is calculated, and whether such three indexes represented by test data comply with normal distribution or not is verified. The analysis on influencing factor of modified asphalt index variability is made, and control measures of reducing modified asphalt variability are put forward.
