施用生物有机肥对连作黄瓜生长及根际微环境的影响 被引量:15

摘要 为了研究施用生物有机肥对连作黄瓜生长及根际微环境的影响,笔者制成了具有自主知识产权的生物有机肥,设置了对照(CK)、有机肥处理(OF)与生物有机肥处理(BOF)3组试验,并采用盆栽试验以检测不同处理下黄瓜植株及其根际土壤各项指标的差异。结果表明,施用生物有机肥后黄瓜连作土壤中的细菌(12.36×10~7cfu·g^(-1))和放线菌(5.27×10~6cfu·g^(-1))数量大增而真菌(1.23×10~5cfu·g^(-1))数量锐减;土壤中pH及有效磷、速效钾含量显著提高,增幅分别为6%~11%、24%~125%、15%~29%;SOD和POD活性显著升高,增幅分别为18%~42%、47%~113%。施用生物有机肥改变了土壤微生物区系,改善了土壤的理化性状,提高了抗氧化保护酶活性,植株长势明显优于对照,效果显著。 In order to study the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on continuous cropping cucumber growthr and rhizosphere microenvironment, the bio-organie fertilizer was fermented, pot experiment was designed. Blank control ( CK), application of organic fertilizer(OF) and application of bio-organic fertilizer(BOF) were set to compare the differences of the cucumber growth and rhizosphere microenvironment. The results showed that the number of rhizosphere bacterial (12.36× 107 cfu g-1) and actinomycete (5.27×106 cfu g-l) community were increased, while the number of the fungal (1.23×105 cfu g-1) was decreased; the pH, available P and available K were increased significantly, the three indicators increased 6%- 11%, 24%-125%, 15%-29% respectively. The activities of SOD and POD were also increased significantly, the two indicators increased 18%-42%, 47%-113% respectively. The rhizosphere community was changed, the physical and chemical proper- ties of soil were improved, the antioxidant activity of protective enzyme was higher, the plants were stronger after using BOF.
