摘要 [目的]研究14个多年生黑麦草品种幼苗期对盐胁迫的生理响应。[方法]采用盆栽法研究了不同盐(Na Cl)浓度胁迫对14个多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)品种幼苗期叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量和过氧化氢酶活性5个生理生化指标的影响,并运用隶属函数方法对14个多年生黑麦草品种的耐盐性进行了综合评价。[结果]随着盐胁迫的加强,不同品种多年生黑麦草幼苗期叶绿素含量总体呈现下降趋势,丙二醛含量总体呈上升趋势,可溶性糖含量品种间变化趋势无规律,脯氨酸含量呈增长趋势,过氧化氢酶活性先升后降;不同品种的耐盐性强弱依次为凯蒂沙、球道、天马、匹克威、新速2号、全顺、金牌美达利、德北极品、启萌、爱神特、雷神4、守门员、龙卷风、博士。[结论]凯蒂沙的耐盐性较好,可在宁夏盐渍化地区草坪建植中推广运用。 [Objective] To research the physiological responses of 14 cuhivars of perennial Lolium perenne L. to salt stress during seedling stage. [Method] Pot method was used to research the effects of different concentrations of NaCl stress on the five physiological and biochemical indexes of chlorophyll (Chl) content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, soluble sugar (SS) content, prohne (Pro) content and catalase (CAT) activity of 14 L. perenne cultivars at seedling stage. And salt tolerance of the 14 perennial cultivars were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method. [Result] With the increase of salt stress concentration, chlorophyll contents in different cuhivars decreased, and MDA content showed upward trend in general. There were no rules for the change trend of soluble sugar content. Proline content in- creased, catalase activity decreased firstly and then declined. Salt tolerance of different cultivars from big to small was in the order of Caddy sand, Fairway, Tianma, Pickwick, Newspeed 2, Quanshun, Jinpaimeidali, Debeijipin, Qimeng, Accent, Raytheon 4, Goalkeeper, Tornado, Doctor. [ Conclusion] Caddy sand showes relativley good salt tolerance, which can be extended in lawn planting in Ningxia salinization area.
