Design of Land Development Right for Rural Residential Land

在对农村居民点土地发展权概念、归属等内容进行分析的基础上,将农村居民点土地发展权按照实物发展权和虚拟发展权配置,并从流转平台、流转主体、流转方式和配套政策等方面,较为完整地提出了农村居民点土地发展权流转制度设计思路。

Based on the analysis of concept and belonging of land development fight, the paper designed the entitative and indicative distribution of land development right, a complete transferring institution design of land development right of rural residential land was proposed from aspects of transfer platform, transfer subject, transfer mode and supporting policies.
