生物质流化床锅炉在烟草废弃物处理中的改进应用

摘要 为解决循环流化床锅炉作业过程中存在烟梗需要干燥、破碎,运行时间短,炉内密相区结焦,回料阀堵灰严重,尾部受热面积灰严重等问题,提出了炉膛下部差速床布置、床下油点火系统以及爆炸吹灰系统等改进设计,并设计了一条10 t/h燃烟梗低倍率循环流化床锅炉。通过运行及环保测试,各项技术达到了要求,各项环保指标达到GB 13271—2014新建锅炉排放标准,而且每年可减排二氧化碳20 840.00 t,减少二氧化硫排放137.56 t,减少氮氧化物130.06 t,节能减排效果明显。 In the circulating fluidized-bed boiler processing, the presence of drying and crushing of tobacco stem, running time is short, coking in the dense phase of furnace, return valve clinkering blockage, ash is serious in the rear heated area. The research proposed an improving design that arranged the differential bed under the furnace, oil ignition system under the bed, explosion blowing ash system. We also designed a circulating fluidized-bed boiler which tobacco stems burning is 10 t/h at a low magnification. After a long-time running and environ- ment protection test, the boiler reached the technical requirements ;various environmental indicators have reached the GB 13271-2014 emission standards for new boiler. Each year the plant could reduce 20 840.00 t carbon dioxide, 137.56 t sulphur dioxide emissions, 130.06 t nitrogen oxides emissions. The energy conservation and emission reduction is obvious.
