摘要
以花生粕为原料,采用超声波辅助甲醇溶剂法提取花生红衣色素。研究了超声波处理时间、超声波频率、温度、料液比四个影响因素,采用单因素实验法和L_9(3~4)正交表进行实验,以花生衣红色素的吸光度大小来判断提取效果。实验结果表明:该方法的最佳工艺条件为超声时间60min,超声频率35.4k Hz,超声温度50℃,料液比1∶30,且此条件下的提取率高达为8.71%。
Peanut red pigment was extracted from methanol solvent by ultrasonic assisted, using peanut meal as raw material. Four affecting factors,ultrasonic time, ultrasonic frequency, uhrasonic temperature and material liquid ratio, were studied by adopting single factor experiment and L9 (34) orthogonal experiment table in this paper. The extraction efficiency is judged by the size of the absorbance. Experimental results showed : the best technological conditions of the experiment was that ultrasonic time of 60 min, ultrasonic frequency of 35:4 kHz,ultrasonic temperature of 50 ℃, material liquid ratio of 1:30, and under the condition of the extraction rate was 8.71%.
