复配型引发剂对卡波树脂合成及性能的影响研究

摘要 以丙烯酸为单体,季戊四醇三烯丙基醚为交联剂,环己烷与乙酸乙酯作为混合溶剂,偶氮二异庚腈(ABVN)分别与偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)、过氧化十二酰(LPO)、过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)复配作为引发剂,采用沉淀聚合的方法合成卡波树脂。主要考察不同复配方式及不同聚合温度对卡波树脂的聚合稳定性和性能的影响。结果表明,当ABVN与LPO物质的量比为4∶6时,聚合反应在两个阶段都有温度升高现象,且反应温升较小(2℃左右),易于散热。产物0.5%分散液的动力粘度可达125000 m Pa·s,透光率为97.1%,综合性能最为优异。 Using acrylic acid as monomer, pentaerythrityl triallyl ether as cross linking agent, cyclohexane and ethyl acetate as mixing solvent, and the 2,2 '- azobisisoheptonitrile (ABVN) with 2,2 - azobis ( AIBN), lauroyl peroxide ( LPO), or dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) as compound initiators, the carbomer resin was prepared with precipitation polymerization. The study focused on the imquence of different compounds and polymerization temperature on the polymerization stability and performances of the resulting carbomer. The results showed that when the molar ratio of ABVN to LPO is 4: 6, there are temperature increases in two stages of polymerization, and the temperature increase is slight( about 2℃ ). The dynamic viscosity of the product with the content of 0.5 % in water is 125000 mPa · s, and the transmittance is 97.1%, which inhibited excellent comprehensive performances.
