摘要
以茶叶渣为原料制备出纤维素黄原酸酯,并用其吸附废水中的Cd(Ⅱ),以便达到去除废水中Cd(Ⅱ)的目的。本实验首先通过碱化、黄化等步骤制备茶叶渣纤维素黄原酸酯,然后通过单因素实验对废水中Cd(Ⅱ)进行吸附研究。结果表明:茶叶渣纤维素黄原酸酯在pH值=7.0、搅拌时间1.5h、温度35.0℃、茶叶纤维素黄原酸酯0.3g、Cd(Ⅱ)浓度为15.0mg/L的条件下,对Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附效果最好,吸附率可达90.2%。通过对比试验,得出改性的废弃茶叶渣的吸附效率提高了34.6%。
Tea xanthate was prepared by waste tea as raw material and used for the removal of Cd( Ⅱ )in water. The influence by single -factor experimental method was studied in this paper, and drew the curve of five influencing factors on adsorption rate and adsorption quantity. The result showed that the obtained optimum technological parameters in adsorption of the cellulose xanthate were respectively as follows: the amount of pH 7.0, the mixing time of 30min,the temperature of 35.0% ,the amount of cellulose xanthate 0.3rag, The concentration of Cd (Ⅱ) 15mg/L. The Cd( Ⅱ )removal rate was increased 34.6% for 15mg/L Cd( Ⅱ ) solution with the tea xanthate.
