摘要
某厂焦化干气脱硫塔检修发现塔内壁塔自下而上腐蚀逐渐严重,通过腐蚀原因分析,为确保设备安全,综合考虑工期、成本,最终决定采用塔内壁喷涂金属防腐蚀涂层进行设备维修。喷涂材料选用316不锈钢丝材,喷涂厚度为0.5 mm,施工过程确保涂层致密、无剥离、砂眼、气孔等现象;涂层表面采用树脂型封孔剂封孔,封孔厚度为0.1 mm左右。施工完成运行一年后,拆开塔器人孔检查发现设备腐蚀减缓。可见,金属喷涂工艺是一种值得在塔器表面应用的耐磨耐蚀技术。
Corrosion was found on the inner wall of the coking dry gas desulfurization tower of a refinery during an inspection. The corrosion increases gradually from the bottom to the top. After analyzing the causes of corrosion, and considering the construction period, cost, and equipment safety, final repairing decision was made, which is to spray metal anti - corrosion coating on the inner wall of the tower. The coating material is 316 stainless steel wire material, and coating thickness is 0.5 mm. High quality was required to ensure the coating is dense and without flaking, sand holes and stomata. The resin - type hole - sealing agent was used on the coating surface. The thickness is about 0.1 mm. After being repaired and run for one year, the tower was inspected by opening the manhole. It was found that the corrosion has been slow down. It is seen that the metal spraying process is a kind of anti - corrosion technology that is worth to be applied on the surface of the tower.
