摘要
往复式压缩机在石油化工装置上的应用非常普遍。做好其进出口管道的设计并有效防止振动,对于装置长周期安全运行十分重要。本文针对往复式压缩机管道系统产生振动的原因进行了分析,对气流脉动进行了深层次的研究,在防振支架的设置与选取上了给出了建议。
Reciprocating compressors are widely used in petrochemical plants. It is very important for the long and safe operation to reasonably design the import and export pipeline and effectively prevent vibration. The essay analyzed the cause of vibration of reciprocating compressor pipeline system, carried out a deep research on airflow pulsation, and gave some suggestions on the setting and selection of the anti - vibration support.
