摘要
模具加工零件采用电镀、化镀、真空镀等提升零件金属感效果和增加耐腐蚀性。在设计化镀生产装置时,通过滚笼滚动,使零件内、外表面不断地变化,镀层均匀。将除油槽、化镀槽、清洗槽、钝化槽等连接在一起,实现连续自动化生产。

In the design of the production device, through the rolling cage rolling, so that the parts inside and outside the surface of constant change, uniform coating.
