摘要
污染场地修复工程是以施工期环境影响为主的建设项目。工业产业结构与城市布局的变化和调整,污染场地修复工程日趋增多,场地修复工程环境影响评价的技术评估应结合水、气、声、固废等环境影响因子,从施工期角度,评估修复方案、污染源强估算的合理性,以及工程采取的各项环保措施的可行性。
Remediation of contaminated sites is a construction project which is mainly based on environmental impact during construction period. The change and adjustment of industrial structure and layout of the city, the remediation project is increasing, technical assessment of environmental impact assessment of site remediation projects should be combined with water, gas, sound, solid waste and other environmental factors, from the angle of construction period, evaluate the rationality remediation program, estimating the pollutant source, the feasibility of the environmental protection measures and engineering.
