牛山污水厂CASS工艺的改造

摘要 牛山污水厂采用周期为4 h的CASS处理工艺处理城镇污水,但出水水质不稳定。当进水浓度较低时,出水达到国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准。进水浓度中等以上时,出水总磷和氨氮有时会超标。因此,对该厂进行CASS工艺改造,使其出水稳定达标排放。 The period that the waste water is treated by the CASS process is 4 hours in Niushan urban sewage. But the effluent water quality is not stable. The effluent from CASS process can meet the national "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard" (GB18918 -2002) standard of level 1 B, when water concentration is low. When water concentration is medium above, the total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen from the effluent water sometimes exceed the national "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard" (GB18918 -2002) standard of level 1 B. So we should transform the CASS process that the water treated period is 4 hours to make the effluent water stably meet the national standard.
