摘要
针对目前工业化生产4-叔丁基苯酚存在的不足,以苯酚和叔丁醇为原料,以Fe3+改性的活性黏土为催化剂,探索4-叔丁基苯酚的清洁生产工艺.考察了各种因素对该反应的影响,通过工艺条件优化,确定较佳的工艺条件为:FeCl3和活性黏土的质量比为3∶1,催化剂用量为原料的1.72%(质量分数),苯酚和叔丁醇的摩尔比为6∶1,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为90min.在此反应条件下,4-叔丁基苯酚的收率可达70%以上.催化剂重复套用5次后,依然保持原有的催化活性及对4-叔丁基苯酚的高选择性.
Due to deficiencies in the industrialization of the 4-tert-butyl phenol (4-TBP),a cleaner production process of 4-TBP was studied using activated clay modified by Fe3+ as catalyst,and phenol and tert-butanol as raw materials.Factors influencing the pro- duction process were investigated to obtain the optimal conditions.The yield of the target product was above 70% under the optimum conditions as follows:the mass ratio of anhydrous FeCI3 to activated clay was 3:1,the amount of the catalyst was 1.72G (by mass) of the raw materials, the mole ratio of the phenol to tert-butanol was 6:1, the reaction temperature was 110 ℃, and the reaction time was 90 rain.For recyclability,the results showed that the catalyst was still maintained at the original activity and high selectivity for the target product after five cycles.
