摘要
以二甲基乙烯基乙氧基硅烷、二苯基二甲氧基硅烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷为原料,通过水解缩合反应制备了甲基苯基乙烯基硅油。考察了二甲基乙烯基乙氧基硅烷质量分数、缩合反应温度和缩合反应时间对产物性能的影响。并通过优化实验条件,合成了黏度5 600~6 700 m Pa·s、折射率1.545~1.555的甲基苯基乙烯基硅油,可用于LED有机硅封装材料。
Methyl phenyl vinyl silicone oil was prepared by hydrolysis and condensation with dimethylvi- nylethoxysilane, hexamethyldisiloxane, and dimethoxydiphenylsilane as the raw materials. Effects of the vari- ous polymerization factors on the polymerization, the viscosity and refractive index of the oil were examined. It was observed that the refractive index of the oil was depended upon the amount of phenyl groups and almost depended upon the amount of blocking agent. In addition, the oil which was synthesized under the optimum polymerization conditions had a viscosity of 5600 ~ 6700 mPa.s, and a high refractive index of 1. 545 ~ 1. 555, so was hopefully applied as a base encapsulation material of silicone LED.
