摘要
以硅烷改性聚醚为主要原料,制备了一种装配式建筑用双组分硅酮改性密封胶(MS密封胶),该密封胶具有低模量、高耐久性、长期储存稳定、环保无污染等特点,性能满足标准JC/T 881—2001《混凝土建筑接缝用密封胶》中25LM级别产品的要求。产品经模拟施工和实际工程试用证实,可用于装配式建筑各类板缝的密封防水。
Taking silane modified polyether as main raw material, a kind of two-component silicone modified sealant （MS sealant） for prefabricated construction is produced. This product has the characteristics of low modulus, high durability, long- term storage stability and environment friendliness etc, and its performance can meet the requirements of Grade 25LM in standard JC/T 881--2001 ＂Sealants for building joint of concrete construction＂. Simulated construction and actual trial prove that the product can be used for waterproofing and sealing of various slab joints in prefabricated constructions.
