强化参数对动态增强呈流出型曲线前列腺疾病的鉴别诊断价值

Value of DCE parameters to identify the prostate cancer and the prostatitis with the curve of wash-out type

目的 :通过比较前列腺癌与前列腺炎2种病变的开始强化时间(To)、达峰时间(Tmax)、强化速率(Vin)、清除速率(Vout),以鉴别均表现为流出型曲线的前列腺癌和前列腺炎。方法:回顾性分析表现为流出型曲线的29例前列腺癌、21例前列腺炎患者的强化参数资料,并进行比较。结果:前列腺癌组的To、Tmax、Vin、Vout均快于前列腺炎组(均P<0.05)。结论:强化参数对表现为流出型曲线的前列腺癌与前列腺炎有鉴别诊断价值。

Objective：To investigate the value of DCE parameters （To,Tmax,Vin,Vout）in diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostati tis with the curve of Wash-out type. Methods：Collecting and comparing the DCE parameters of fifty patients （twenty-nine patients with prostate cancer and twenty-one patients with prostatitis）,they all underwent conventional and DCE MRI and had a curve of wash-out type. Results：The DCE parameters in the group of prostate cancer were more rapid than the group of prostatitis, there were significant differences in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostatitis. Conclusion：DCE parameters are useful methods to distinguish prostate cancer from prostatitis.
