少数民族高端工程人才培养质量控制研究(硕士阶段)

摘要 少数民族硕士研究生量化学习指标的设计是本课题高端技术人才培养的重要组成部分,也是少数民族本科培养阶段量化学习指标的延续。文章根据少数民族硕士研究生在培养过程中出现的各种质量问题,通过对学生学习能力的调查,针对性地设计了用于少数民族硕士研究生参考的学年和学期量化学习指标。设计中先确定学年终点量化指标的强度及其分布,划定了适应学校和社会各类考试知识需求范围,也为学期量化指标的设计奠定了强度基础。 The design of quantitative study indicators for the minority graduates is an important component of top talent cultivation, as well as the continuation of quantitative study indicators of minority students in undergraduate. Through a survey to students learning ability, this paper specifically designed year and semester quantitative study indicators for minority postgraduates' reference, according to various quality issues appeared in the training process of postgraduate. In this design, there was a need to determine the strength and distribution of quantitative indicators in the end of academic year and delimit the knowledge range to meet the needs of all kinds of examinations in school and society, which also laid the strength foundation for the semester quantitative indicators.
