摘要
本实验研究了认知行为团体咨询对大学生社交焦虑的干预效果。研究对象:被试共计35人。其中:大一28人,大二3人,大三3人,大四1人,男生25人,女生10人,工科12人,理科18人,文科5人。研究工具:交往焦虑量表(Interaction Anxiousness Scale,IAS),社交回避及苦恼量表(Social Avoidance and Distress Scale)结果:1、交往焦虑、社交回避与苦恼及其子维度(社交回避,社交苦恼)前后测结果差异显著(t值分别为:13.234^(***),11.233^(***),9.513^(***),10.346^(***));2、不同期被试的的交往焦虑、社交回避与苦恼及其子维度的差值存在显著差异(F值分别为:44.272^(***),27.160^(***)12.287^(***),17.249^(***))。3、事后比较结果:1<2,1<3,1<4。结论:本研究表明运用认知行为团体咨询干预大学生社交焦虑是行之有效的,可以在高校心理健康教育工作中进一步推广。
This study investigated the intervention effect of group counseling of cognitive behavior on college students' social anxiety. Study subjects: a total of 35 people were tested. Among them, 28 were freshmen, three sophomores, three juniors, and one senior; 25 were boys and 10 girls; 12 were majored in engineering, 18 in science, and five in arts. Research tools: Interaction Anxiousness Scale and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale. Resuits: 1.There was a significant difference between the results of social anxiety, social avoidance and distress and its sub-dimension, which were tested before and after the experiment respectively,(t=13.234***, 11.233***, 9.513***, 10.346***); 2.There was a significant difference between the results of different stages. (F =44.272***, 27.160***12.287***, 17.249***).3.The results of post hoc comparison:1〈2,1〈3,1〈4.Conelusion: This study shows that it is effective for college students' social anxiety by using the group counseling of cognitive behavior. It is valuable to widely use the group counseling of cognitive behavior to promote the work of mental health education in universities.
