高职院校学生综合素质培养

高职院校是我国教育体系的一个重要组成部分,要求培养出综合的技术性人才,因此不仅要重视学生基础文化知识、职业道德意识的培养,还需要重视学生专业技能、创新能力等方面的培养。但是从当前的高职院校教育现状来看,部分学生的职业思想意识、心理素质都较为薄弱,而且部分学生的文化知识水平、职业技能也都比较低。在这样的情况下,想要实现教育目标,高职院校必须要做出一定的改变,因此文章具体分析了学生综合素质能力低的主要原因,并提出了相应的教育教学改革方法。

Under such circumstances, want to realize the goal of education, higher vocational colleges have to make some changes, so this article analyzes the students＇ comprehensive ability of the main causes of low quality, and put forward the corresponding education teaching reform methods.
