本科教育转型发展中亟待解决的几个微观问题

从专业结构、课程结构、教材结构、教师结构、组织结构五个主要方面剖析了微观结构对应用型人才培养质量的影响,分别指出了应用型人才教育微观结构中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了由普通本科教育向应用型教育转型发展的优化方案。

Education＇s microstructures have some influences upon the quality of practical personnel training, which was discussed on the question of specialty structure, course structure, textbook structure, faculty structure and organization structure in the course of applied talents training. Then the optimum proposal of the transformation development from regular undergraduate education to practical education was proposed.
