供给侧改革视域下大学生就业能力提升探究

大学生就业难是当前全社会关注的焦点和热点,中央2015年11月提出的供给侧结构性改革,使大学生的就业又增加了新的挑战。在当前高校毕业生"就业难"的困难时局下,对于大学生就业能力存在的现实问题做出适当分析,并为如何提高大学生就业能力提出一些对策建议,从而增强大学生供给的有效性,最终使大学生就业难的问题得到有效解决。

College students＇ employment issue is the focus and hot spot of the whole society. Supply-side structural reform, which was brought up by the central government in November, 2015, had caused some negative influence on college students＇ employment. Regarding the employment dilemma now confronting college students, we try to analyze this problem and some countermeasures and suggestions are given in this paper aiming to resolve college students＇ employment issue by enhancing college students＇ effective supply.
