大学物理习题课小班化的教学实践

我国已经成为高校在校生人数居世界首位的高等教育大国,教育模式从精英教育进人大众化教育阶段,但这也给教学带来一些问题,比如师资不足、教室不够等,师生比严重失衡,因此很多高校基本采取了合班上大课的形式。为了解决这个问题我们提出了大班授课小班辅导的教学模式。实践表明该种授课方式可以有效地缓解由于上课人数多所带来的问题,对于提高学生的创新能力及解决实际问题的能力起到积极的促进作用。

China has become the higher education country that number of college students ranked first in the world. The education model from elite education to the stage of mass education. But it also brought about some teaching problems, such as shortage of teachers, the classroom is not enough, the teacher-student ratio imbalance. Many colleges and universities have to mix some small classes into a large class. We propose to large classes teaching and small class coach model to solve the problem. Practice shows that this kind of teaching method can effectively alleviate the problems caused by the number of classes. It plays a positive role to improve students＇ ability to innovate and solve practical problems.
