摘要
作为我国城乡差距的重要表现之一,高校入学机会的不平等情况多年来一直存在,并有愈演愈烈之势。为缓解高等教育资源分配不均衡的现状,教育部自2012年起,陆续着手实施了"国家专项"、"地方专项"、"高校专项"三大专项招生计划,旨在通过政策角度的补偿机制来提升贫困地区及农村学生接受优质高等教育的机会。
The opportunity of higher education entrance is not equitable in urban and rural areas. This situation is increasing over time. In order to eliminate the unfair distribution of educational resources, Ministry of Education has implemented National Special Program, Local Special Program and University Special Program since 2012. These policies have established mechanisms, which will improve the enrollment of rural students for colleges and universities.
