中外合作办学质量建设的问题及对策

中国高等教育已经进入了中等程度的大众化阶段,中外合作办学也得到了突飞猛进的发展。自从国家教育规划纲要第一次把"教育国际化"写进政府文件,并对中外合做办学作出总体规划,提出明确要求,中外合作办学逐步进入高水平示范性发展的新阶段。教育质量问题已经成为当今社会教育关注的焦点。质量是中外合作办学的生命线,没有质量,中外合作办学的可持续发展就无从谈起。文章从当今中外合作办学质量建设存在的问题谈起,并提出了相应的对策。

China＇s higher education has entered the medium degree stage of popularization. Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has also been the development by leaps and bounds. Since the national education plan for the first time write the ＂internationalization of education＂ into the government documents, and to make overall planning, put forward clear requirements to the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools gradually has entered the high level model to a new stage of development. Education quality problems in today＇s society has become the focus of education. Quality is the lifeline of Chinese＋foreign cooperation in running schools. If there is no quality ,the sustainable development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is impossible. This article talked about the current problems existing in the construction of the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
