高校商务英语专业学生跨文化交际能力培养

文章拟从教师维度探讨商务英语教师如何在教学实践中培养学生跨文化交际能力以及教师跨文化敏感度与学生跨文化交际能力相关性。研究者主要通过测试、问卷和访谈收集数据,利用定性和定量结合的方法分析数据。研究发现:商务英语教师主要采用情境教学法和交际教学法,引导学生协作学习和自主学习,培养学生的跨文化交际能力;商务英语教师的跨文化交际敏感度与本专业学生的跨文化交际能力不具有显著性影响。

The paper aims to explore how college English teachers educate students＇ intercultural communication competence （ICC） and the relationship between teachers＇ intercultural sensitiveness and students＇ ICC with qualitative and quantitative methods. Tests, questionnaires and interviews are adopted to collect data. The findings are as follows. Firstly, situation-based teaching method, task-based teaching method and communicative approach are adopted to improve students＇ ICC, together with cooperative learning method and self-learning method. Secondly, teachers＇ intercultural sensitiveness doesn＇t play significant influence on students＇ ICC.
