摘要
班主任是爱的传播者,班主任应该做学生的知心朋友,做学生的引路人,做学生的表率。班主任是班级的建设者,是班级的管理员,班主任的威信来源于自身的人格魅力。班主任的工作过程是在教育、教学等活动中与学生密切交往的过程,班主任工作目标的实施也是在与学生交往中实现的。班主任接触学生越频繁,了解越深入,包含关心和理解的信息量越大,学生回馈给班主任的信息量也越大。因此,班主任必须深入到学生中去,走进学生的心灵世界,摸清学生的思想脉搏,帮助学生解决各种实际问题,达到心与心的交融。
Head teachers should be students' examples and inti- mate friends guiding students' development. They are also class constructors and directors, and their prestige comes from their personal charm. Head teachers' work is the process of teach- er-student interaction in education and teaching, so the objec- tives of their work is also achieved in the process. The more in- formation head teachers learn about students, the more effective head teachers' work will he. Therefore, head teachers must im- merse themselves among students, keeping track of their ideolog- ical trends, so as to help them solve various practical problems and become students' intimate friends.
