摘要
针对目前微格教学中教学模式单一、训练项目单一及缺少理论引领的现状,本文尝试将课例研究融入微格教学中,让师范生在实施教学的同时以研究者的姿态研究并改进自身教学,以此为理念设计了一套微格课例研究教学模式并于"微格教学"课程中展开教学实践。实施结果显示,微格课例研究教学模式能够有效提升教学技能、提高问题意识和发掘教育智慧等,更全面地促进了师范生综合素质的发展。
In allusion to the single teaching mode, the single training program and the lack of theory guidance in microteach- ing at present, we try to incorporate lesson study into microteach- ing, let every normal university student study and improve their teaching during teaching implementation as a researcher. We de- sign a microteaching lesson study teaching mode and take it into practice. The implementation results show that the teaching mode can effectively promote the teaching skills and problem con- sciousness and education intelligence of normal university students, promoting the development of the comprehensive quality more fully.
