摘要
在汉语国际教育师资开展汉语教学时,对面临的学生课堂管理工作要培训他们掌握一些具体的有效管理方法,才能保证他们有能力解决课堂管理中遇到的具体问题。汉语教师应掌握通过清楚地传递对学生们的期望使题目能够有良好的课堂表现的方法,以达到课堂管理的目标。汉语教师还应通过自己的示范行为引导学生的良好课堂表现,并获得学生对教师管理工作的高接受度。汉语教师还应注意掌握在课堂教学过程中避免学生分散注意力以致出现课堂管理问题的有效方法。
To solve specific problems encountered in class man- agement, international Chinese language education teachers should grasp several effective methods. They should make stu- dents know their expectations clearly and make them perform well in class, so as to achieve the objectives of class management. They should also guide students' good class performance through their own exemplary behaviors, so as to make students accept their ways of class management. They should also grasp effective methods to attract students' attention in classroom teaching.
