摘要
为了评价高原生物学菁英班在创新模式下的教育质量问题,本文从学生学习经验视角设计质量调查问卷,对本班的教育质量开展调查研究,对调查结果的分析得出以下结论:在高原生物菁英班的人才培养模式下学生的教育质量总体优于普通班,尤其在课程参与、有效教学与考核、学校资源支持方面优于同年级普通班。针对以上结论,学院对菁英班将继续加强个性化培养,"厚基础"的同时结合实践课程,引导学生参与和自主创新。
To evaluate the education quality of elite class of plateau biology under the innovation model, we designed a quali- ty investigation questionnaire from the perspective of students' learning experience in order to investigate the education quality of the class, analyzed the result and came to the following con- clusion: the education quality under the talent cultivation model of elite class of plateau biology is generally better than that of common classes, especially in course participation, effective teaching and evaluation, and university resource support. In view of the above conclusion, we will enhance individualized cultiva- tion for elite class, and combine fundamental knowledge with practice courses, so as to guide students' participation and au- tonomous innovation.
