On the Strengthening Morality Establishment and Talent Cultivation in Medical Universities by Using Excellent Traditional Culture

本文从医学院校立德树人教育建设的角度简述了当代社会背景下的高校立德树人的价值内涵和困境,进一步提出了将中华优秀传统文化融入到医学院校立德树人教育的必要性,并探索将两者有效结合的新途径,提高医学人才培养质量。

From the perspective of morality establishment and talent cultivation in medical universities, this paper briefly elaborates the value connotation and predicament of the university morality establishment and talent cultivation in contemporary society, further puts forward the necessity to integrate excellent traditional Chinese culture into it, and explores new ways to effectively combine them, so as to improve the quality of medical talent cultivation.
