Language is an important means to impart basic knowledge, organize teaching and cultivate students＇ abilities in dance teaching. The active use of encouraging language in dance teaching can fully motivate students＇ potentials, establish a har- monious education environment, and promote students＇ compre- hensive and healthy development, so dance teachers should pos- sess rigorous, concise and appealing language skills. Through the scientific design and skillful application of encouraging language, a relaxed and harmonious class atmosphere can be established. The main content of the research is the effect of encouraging lan- guage in dance teaching, and the main idea of the research is the problems existing in applying encouraging language and the corresponding solutions.
