基于知识、技能、素质相融合的高职“速率控制步骤”教学设计

摘要 以应用化工技术专业"化工生产技术"课程中《速率控制步骤》的教学设计为例,介绍基于知识、技能、素质一体化的教学设计过程,指出专业课教师在实际教学过程中应将教书与育人相结合,关注学生当前岗位职业能力需求的同时,注重学生个人内涵素质的培养,提升学生可持续发展的能力。 Taking the teaching design of "Rate Controlling Steps" in the "Chemical Production Technology" course for the major of applied chemical technology as an example, this paper introduces the teaching process based on the integration of knowledge, skill and quality. The discussion indicates that teachers should com- bine teaching with education in practical teaching process, cultivate students' personal connotation quality and improve students' sustainable development ability while paying attention to requirements of students' current professional abilities.
