教育计划的异化与回归——关于雅斯贝尔斯的教育与计划关系的思考

学校教育作为一个组织化的教育机构与计划不可分割,雅斯贝尔斯将教育问题归结为教育计划的无能为力,实则是对教育计划的异化。对待教育计划必须还原其工具作用的本质。教育计划不可脱离将来,并有力呼应将来,指导性计划正是对未来不可预测事件的必要准备。

School education, as an organized educational institu- tion, is inseparable from plans. Karl Jaspers attributes educational problems to the powerlessness of education plan, which is in fact the dissimilation of education plan. As for education plan, we must restore its essence as a tool. Education plan can not be sep- arated from the future, and it should echo the future instead, as guiding plans are just necessary preparations for unpredictable events in the future.
