摘要
近年来随着国家和高校对大学经济困难学生投入的加大,其能力的提升越来越受到关注,尤其是领导力,但目前对于经济困难学生领导力的探究还比较少。本文中,对于低年级经济困难学生情况进行了问卷调查、深度访谈以及数据分析,并提炼出低年级经济困难学生的领导力的六个维度,为低年级经济困难学生的培养提供一定的理论基础,同时结合提出的六个维度探索提炼低年级本科经济困难学生领导力培养的途径。
With the increase of national and college investments into undergraduates with financial difficulties in recent years, the improvement of their abilities, especially leadership, has been at- tached to more and more importance, but there are few studies on the leadership of undergraduates with financial difficulties at present. In this paper, the writer makes a questionnaire survey on lower-grade students with financial difficulties, and summarizes the six dimensions of their leadership, hoping to provide certain theoretical basis for the cultivation of them. Combined with the six dimensions, the writer proposes approaches to cultivate the leadership of undergraduates with economic difficulties.
