It is of great signifi- cance to compare China and Greece, as the origin of Chinese and Western civilization respectively. Mythology is an important com- ponent of civilization, while goddesses are more splendid in mythology. Through a comparison of goddesses between China and the West, we can learn people＇s thoughts, values and social conditions at different times.
