高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设研究

Research on "Dual-qualification" Teacher Team Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国经济发展步入新常态阶段,经济结构发生转型升级,高校的人才培养模式急需发生转变来满足社会需求。高等职业技术教育在培育新型人才方面肩负重任,众所周知,人才的培育离不开优秀的师资队伍。高职院校"双师型"教师是目前培养高素质技能型人才的关键,在此,通过考察、剖析"双师型"教师培养的现状,挖掘"双师型"教师目前存在的主要问题,提出相对有效的培养对策,希望能对我国高职学院培养"双师型"师资队伍建设有所裨益。

As China＇s economic development has entered into the new normal stage, the economic structure has transformed and upgraded, so it is imperative to change the talent training pattern of colleges and universities in order to meet social needs. Higher vocational and technical education assumes an important task of cuhivating new talents, while talent cultivate needs an excellent teacher team. ＂Dual-qualification＂ teacher team construction in higher vocational colleges is the key to cultivating high-quality technical talents. Therefore, through an investigation and analysis on the current situation of ＂dual-qualification＂ teacher cultiva- tion, this paper analyzes the main problems of the current ＂du- al-qualification＂ teachers, and puts forward effective cultivation countermeasures, hoping to benefit ＂dual-qualification＂ teacher team construction in China＇s higher vocational colleges.
