摘要
青年教师是高职教师队伍的主要力量,提升青年教师的职业认同感具有重要的意义。本文通过分析高职青年教师职业认同感的影响因素,从青年教师的特点与高职教育的特殊性入手,分析高职青年教师职业认同感的影响因素,针对性地提出高职青年教师职业认同感的提升办法。
Young teachers are the main force of higher vocational teaching staff, so it is of great importance to improve their profes- sional identity. Starting from the characteristics of young teachers and the particularity of higher vocational education, this paper analyzes the influence factors of young higher vocational college teachers' professional identity, and puts forward targeted ways to promote young higher vocational college teachers' professional i- dentity.
